A Client-First Mindset

At Disability Insurance Group, every decision starts with the client. We take the time to understand each individual’s goals, values, and life circumstances before recommending any strategy. By taking the time to listen and understand before making recommendations, we ensure each strategy reflects what matters most to the people we serve. This client-first approach allows us to build strategies that feel personal, relevant, and grounded in each client’s long-term vision.

Integrity Through Transparency

Integrity guides how we work and how we communicate. We are committed to complete transparency in our fee structure, product recommendations, and ongoing conversations. Clients can expect clear explanations and open dialogue at every stage of the planning process, so they always understand how decisions are made and how their plan is working. By operating with honesty and clarity, we create trust and confidence that support lasting relationships.

Collaboration for Long-Term Success

We view financial planning as a collaborative journey rather than a one-time transaction. Through regular check-ins, proactive reviews, and open communication, we work alongside clients as their lives and priorities evolve. Our collaborative approach empowers clients with knowledge and understanding, allowing them to make informed decisions with confidence. By focusing on education, adaptability, and long-term outcomes, we help clients stay aligned with their goals over time.

Supporting our community

Toy Drive

Disability Insurance Group supports families in Calgary through an Annual Christmas Drive that gathers and distributes gifts and financial assistance to those who may not have the resources to fully celebrate the holiday season with their children. Working with local social services agencies, this initiative reflects our commitment to compassion, community support, and helping families during a time when it matters most.

Supporting pediatric health is an important focus for Disability Insurance Group. Through our support of SickKids, we contribute to advancing medical research and helping provide specialized care for children and families. This involvement reflects our commitment to strengthening community wellbeing and supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact on the lives of young patients.

Disability Insurance Group believes in supporting initiatives that strengthen understanding and respect across communities. By supporting the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund, we contribute to efforts that encourage learning, dialogue, and progress toward reconciliation in Canada. This support reflects our commitment to social responsibility and to contributing to a more inclusive and informed future.
