Timeline

2005

Ryan was recognized at TD as a top Sales and Service Champion in a hybrid role, securing his first full-time position as a Financial Services Representative.

2013

Ryan advanced into management at RBC after years of success as a Financial Advisor. He traveled across southwestern Ontario to support struggling branches, transforming their cultures, boosting morale, and driving performance. He often elevated branches to top rankings in their regions.

2017

Joined Ken White at Guelph Financial with the goal of succeeding him.

2019-PRESENT

Ryan took ownership of Guelph Financial, overseeing significant growth in clients’ wealth, expanding the client base, and refining the firm’s focus on supporting people with disabilities.
