With over 25 years of experience, Michael McLaren helps clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive, tax-efficient financial planning and thoughtful estate strategies. He holds his Life and Disability Insurance (Level 2) licence, completed the Canadian Investment Funds Course, and earned both the Canadian Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA®) and Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designations.
Michael believes successful financial planning balances logic and emotion. He combines data-driven insight with reassurance, especially during market uncertainty, and applies his “rule of 16” to cut through media noise, analyzing information deeply so clients can stay focused on what truly matters.
Outside of work, Michael is proud of his 40+ years of marriage, his three adult children, and two grandchildren. He enjoys golf, pickleball, travel, and staying active as part of an F45 Training community.
